Licensing Rules are changing in Mozambique

Accordind to General Games Inspection, the rules of licensing are being changed in Mozambique. 
Previously, the interested company needed to go through the General Gaming Inspection to be able to obtain the license, now, the company needs to register the platform with the National Communications Institute and after that approach the General Gaming Inspection to be able to obtain its license.
This change occurs with the inauguration of new managers at the National Institute of Communication in Mozambique.
